A warm, blustery spring day made for some challenging conditions for the 17 teams competing in the 2nd Annual Pat Noyes Golf Experience held on May 7 at Turkey Creek Golf Course in McPherson.

Vogel kept this for himself, after paying $125. The Woodcock brothers (Trent left, Tim right) display their winning bid items as Adam Clark, blue shirt-back, settles up for his winning bid of University of Kentucky basketball shorts. Michael Quimbey, Sr., far left, holds his John Wooden autographed basketball, which went for $700, the highest bid item in the auction.  Next to him is D. Noyes, Jr., who came up just short in his attempt to own the Wooden ball.  Auctioneer Dave Barrett, far right, made it all possible. D. Noyes, Jr., sporting his recently purchased U of Kentucky practice jersey, enjoys some food and talk with Tim Woodcock in the Barrett basement following the day’s activities.
