Friday morning dawned chilly for the 6th annual MCABC Homecoming Golf Tournament sponsored by Pinnacle Sports Medicine & Orthopedics of Hutchinson. After a 40-minute delay due to frost on the greens, 19 teams teed off under cool, but beautiful morning with sunny skies and little or no wind.
Traveling the farthest to play in the event was Art Ray of Siletz, Ore., 2006 inductee into the McPherson College Athletic Hall of Fame.
Following the conclusion of the 4-person scramble, a barbeque lunch, catered by Porky’s Catering of McPherson, was enjoyed by the participants.
