McPherson College, located in McPherson, KS, is seeking an individual to lead its men’s basketball program. McPherson College (MC) is a four year church-related, career oriented liberal arts college with membership in the NAIA and the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC). The College’s mission is to develop whole persons through scholarship, participation and service. MC has some of the top athletic and academic facilities in the state of Kansas.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Primary responsibilities for recruitment, retention and graduation of training of student athletes who participate in intercollegiate men’s basketball.
- Work in conjunction with the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid in providing prospective students with information about McPherson College.
- Work in conjunction with the Faculty Athletic Representative and the Registrar’s Office in monitoring eligibility.
- Administer the men’s basketball program within the guidelines of McPherson College, KCAC, and the NAIA.
