David M. Walker, Comptroller General of the United States was the speaker for the Flory Lectureship in Public Policy on Sunday, March 11, 2007. Walker discussed the United States' four deficits: the federal budget deficit, the savings deficit, the overall balance-of-payments deficit, and America's leadership deficit.
