Many of the courses in philosophy & religion major offer varied instructional techniques including dramatic presentations, guided imagery, clowning, late night meditation, catacomb setting worship, pantomime, dance, panel discussions and black-light parables.

A philosophy/religion minor is also available.

Philosophy/Religion Major
Requirements
A minimum of 32 semester hours in philosophy and religion. Since no specific courses are required, students may select from the course offerings shown below, courses at other ACCK colleges, off -campus experiences, and independent study.

Required supporting courses
A minimum of 12 hours of related courses selected in accord with the student’s special interests and approved by the advisor.

Philosophy/Religion Minor
