Janell Mendenhall:
"The McPherson Faculty challenges each student to grow and better themselves through the R3 Degree Program. I am more confident in myself since I started the R3 Degree Program in March of 2005. I have taken more of a role in the organization that I work for as well as taking more responsibility to meet the needs for the community I live in. I feel that the class interaction with other adult classmates that have been in the workforce, has enhanced the learning experience."
Adrianna White:
"The experience that I have had at McPherson College over the last couple of years has truly been a blessing. I have acquired endless amounts of knowledge that I have used and will continue to apply to my career. The professors have been truly inspiring in their dedication, as have many of the other students in the R3 program. I have made many new friends as well as countless new business acquaintances. I have been able to continue to work full time advancing my career, attend classes in the evening, and still have time dedicated to my husband and two children. Dale Ray Thiesen:
"As I worked my way up through the ranks at Raytheon Aircraft, I began to encounter more positions I was not allowed to apply for due to my lack of a degree. In 2005 I was given a promotion with the caveat that I was expected to complete my degree. I looked at other degree-completion programs, but the McPherson College R3 Degree Completion Program met all my needs. My professors balance the workload and class activities to provide an environment conducive to learning material that is mainly relevant and useful in the business environment, including in my current job. The convenience of class locations both in McPherson and Hutchinson has made it fairly easy to schedule this class time."

The cost of the R3 program was almost one-third the cost of similar programs in the area. They have a full-time staff to help with educational loans and grants as well as the timing of the classes to fit my schedule. I really enjoy the professors and the classes.
