"As I worked my way up through the ranks at Raytheon Aircraft, I began to encounter more positions I was not allowed to apply for due to my lack of a degree. In 2005 I was given a promotion with the caveat that I was expected to complete my degree. I looked at other degree-completion programs, but the McPherson College R3 Degree Completion Program met all my needs. My professors balance the workload and class activities to provide an environment conducive to learning material that is mainly relevant and useful in the business environment, including in my current job.
