Our
majors in Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry will provide you with the rigorous academic preparation and practical
experiences needed for success. You won’t just learn about
science, you will do science in our student research program, one
of the longest-running programs in the nation.
McPherson College offers a major in Environmental
Stewardship. Students combine a solid scientific understanding
of how the world works with a broad appreciation for the impact
of personal, institutional and social beliefs and practices on the
environment. All of our alumni are either employed in the environmental
field as scientists, consultants, or managers, or are pursuing advanced
degrees in the field.
