In the middle of a howling blizzard, a bus out of Kansas City pulls up to Grace's Roadside Diner. With all the roads blocked by the storm, the weary travelers are foced to spend the night. During the long hours that follow, the characters are confronted with new lessions in romance, self-discovery, and interpersonal relationships.
