Summer Bulldog Update…

Hello Parents and Family members! And, welcome to all the new families joining our Bulldog Family! We are busy this summer preparing for your student(s) to join us for the first time or return to campus, and hope that the newsletters we will be sending out over their time on campus will help you feel connected to your student and our campus community. Over the summer we will share information about new programs and services for students, and important dates for the fall. Student Health Center Opens This Fall

Students will have greater access to all health care services this fall when McPherson College opens its new Student Health Care Center. Student fees include unlimited office visits and four counseling sessions each year. The building, which was designed and constructed as a stand-alone health clinic, is expected to open mid-August.

Bulldog Adventures

Students will not have to look far for great ways to keep busy over the weekends this fall at McPherson College. The new Bulldog Adventure program is gearing up to offer a wide range of outdoor experiences and regional travel opportunities for students. Whether its exploring hiking trails, fishing hot spots, taking in a museum, enjoying an OKC Thunder game or watching the Royals at the K, there are adventures in store for students.

Save the Date…

The Bulldog football team will open its 2019 season at the inaugural Heartland Football Classic against Langston University at Cessna Stadium in Wichita on September 7. Kick off is at 4 p.m. with tailgate activities beginning at 2 p.m. Tickets are available online now. More details about this event will be coming soon!

Student check-in: Students move into the residence halls and confirm enrollment, financial aid, and billing in Miller Library, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following dates.

  • August 8 – Football, Cross Country, Soccer, Volleyball, Cheer
  • August 16 – NEW Freshmen
  • August 18-19 – NEW Transfer & Returning Student

July 1 – Payment plan enrollment opens (TMS)
July 1 – Textbooks available online for Fall 2019
August 1 – Payment or payment arrangement deadline
August 1 – Athletic paperwork due to Athletic Department
August 15 – First payment due
