McPherson College seeks one or more adjunct faculty to teach two sections of EC204 Microeconomics and one section of EC202 Survey of Economics during the spring semester of 2018. A master’s degree in economics or business and experience in business or teaching are required. A doctoral degree and teaching experience are preferred. Position begins January 31, 2018.

McPherson College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Physics beginning either January (preferred) or August 2018. A Ph.D. in Physics, completed by August 2018, is required.

The position will include teaching responsibilities for the introductory physics sequence, a general education service course in the physical sciences, and other courses in physics or mathematics that may play to the successful candidate’s strengths.

McPherson College is seeking a full-time Admissions and Financial Aid Counselor. This position is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. This position reports to the director of admissions recruitment and is eligible for college benefits.

McPherson College is seeking bus drivers to drive a 25-passenger shuttle bus. These positions are temporary, nonexempt or hourly positions with no expectation of college benefits. These positions report directly the Athletic Department.

Responsibilities will include: operating a passenger bus and transporting McPherson College students and authorized personnel safely and efficiently over specified routes to and from various activities. Position conducts pre-trip inspections; observes safety regulations and policies; enforces discipline on the bus; and performs related work.

This position will require flexible hours, possibly on call, and at minimum a Class C Commercial Driver’s License with a passenger endorsement. Must be able to pass a background check.
