McPherson College is seeking applications for an assistant baseball coach.   This is a part-time (20 hours per week), 10-month, exempt position with a graduate school benefit. College benefits and room are provided. This position reports directly to the Head Baseball Coach.

The primary responsibility will be to assist the head coach in all facets of the program, including, but not limited to, the recruitment of quality student-athletes, organization and planning of practices, game preparation, administrative duties, scouting, and monitoring of student-athlete academic progress.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Coaching experience at the college level is preferred for the successful applicant.
