This full-time, 12-month, exempt position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment & Student Success and full college benefits including a substantial retirement benefit after one year of employment as well as a full tuition remission after two years of employment. As the Director of Admissions & Financial Aid Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the college’s enrollment and retention goals by overseeing key operational processes across both admissions and financial aid. You’ll exercise a high level of discretion, strategic thinking, and independent judgment in managing systems, supervising staff, and ensuring vital compliance efforts that drive student success.

You will lead as the Slate CRM captain for admissions, designing and maintaining communication workflows, ensuring data integrity, and supporting robust recruitment reporting. In addition, you will supervise the admissions team, providing training, coaching, and daily leadership to achieve both individual and team goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work closely with the financial aid office to oversee packaging for returning students and assist with compliance initiatives, ensuring a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

A bachelor’s degree is required. Experience in enrollment operations, admissions, financial aid, or related fields is strongly preferred.

Work Schedule:
The standard work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend hours to support enrollment initiatives.
