This is a full time, 12-month exempt position eligible for the college’s full employee benefits plan and is eligible for the college’s full benefit program. The position will report to the Associate Dean of Students

The Director of Engagement & Belonging is responsible for developing and implementing a robust student life experience under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Students. This position provides guidance and supervision to student organizations and student leaders. A strong emphasis placed on student leadership development and mentorship. Additionally, this role is responsible for planning and executing student activities across campus, including evening and weekend events. The goal of the position is to foster an inclusive and welcoming campus environment for a diverse student body.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs or related field, with an excellent understanding of student development theory and current trends and best practices in Student Affairs, including but not limited to student success, co-curricular programs and assessment, and student care and advocacy.

The work schedule may include an occasional evenings or weekends.
