Enterprising Student Model

How can your company partner with McPherson College to grow the next generation of professionals?
Here are some resources from McPherson College available to employers:
Hire a Bulldog
Employers may post jobs and internships to students and alumni via the Bulldog Network by visiting https://www.bulldognetwork.mcpherson.edu to sign-up with an Employer account. Additionally, McPherson College alumni and community professionals may sign-up as Community Mentors who offer career advice such as resume and cover letter assistance, interviewing practice and tips, industry knowledge and expertise, success stories about their career journey, and general tips and advice to successfully navigate college and career choices.
Mentors may also select to provide connection and support about other hobbies and interests such as financial literacy, athletics, gender, ethnicity, and more. Mentorship is available on a by-student-request in the platform or via formal mentoring programs, such as the Student Debt Project. Become a Bulldog mentor and help today’s students learn and prepare for career and life readiness!
Handshake is the online tool selected by McPherson College to connect students and alumni with employers. Employers may create a custom profile with messaging that aligns with their company brand; post part-time and full-time jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities; and schedule interviews and events. Signup and create your company profile today by going to https://mcphersoncollege.joinhandshake.com.
Recruit on campus
Employers may connect with future interns and employees by connecting with students at campus events, setup a booth at the student union, or present to a target group of students in a related course. Please Contact Us to discuss potential opportunities that suit your organization.
