McPherson College’s Miller Library is the academic hub of campus. Students using the library will find private and group study spaces, ample computer lab space, and access to print resources that support their research. Miller Library also houses special collections, including an automotive technology collection featuring many rare and hard-to-find items pertaining to vintage and classic cars, as well as archival collections documenting the history of the Church of the Brethren and of McPherson College. Many college publications, including The Spectator and The Quadrangle, are available digitally through the McPherson College Publication Archive.
Miller Library offers access to numerous online resources, including EBSCOhost, which can be found on the Library Catalog and Online Resources page. Librarians work to ensure that our students know how to access and navigate information, whether by visiting classes for library instruction sessions or by working individually with students on their research needs. We also participate in an interlibrary loan program, making it possible for students to request just about any book or journal article they might need to complete that research project!
