My advice to you: Don’t forget to have some fun along the way!

I think MC is a great college because no matter what type of background you come from, McPherson College and the people here will accept you for who you are and welcome you into the Bulldog Family with open arms. Every memory you make here at MC will be shared with lifelong friends and mentors. In my mind, that’s priceless.

Alma Mater: Kansas State University (Bachelors) and Stephens College (Masters)
Territory/Area: SW Kansas and Northwest United States
My advice to you: Gather as much information as you can early in the college selection process. Don’t wait to take the ACT/SAT until your senior year and apply early to schools you are considering.

I think MC is a great college because of our focus on real world outcomes. Our students consistently outperform national averages in job placement rates. I also appreciate how we are constantly enhancing the student experience – the Student Debt Project, the student health care facility, and Bulldog Adventures are just a couple of examples.

My advice to you:  Have a daily plan when you get to college.  So many tasks going on and you are the only one that can complete them.  You are going to have to figure out how to do this with less help than from home.

I think MC is a great college because they care about their students and employees every day!
