BIO
My approach to education begins with the end in mind—helping students envision successful outcomes then working together to design the path to get there. I focus on building confidence in using program development frameworks, data-driven methods, and evaluation best practices to make informed decisions, balancing theory with hands-on experiences that prepare them for the next stage in their career.
