About the day
This event will showcase career pathways in health sciences, provide you with hands-on learning opportunities, and highlight how McPherson College prepares you for professions in Health Science, Healthcare Management, Exercise Science, and Public & Community Health.
Activities will include:
Interactive Career Pathway Stations
Participate in exercises related to Allied Health, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Movement Science, and Pre-Health Program Preparation.
Networking Lunch
Engage with area healthcare partners during a casual lunch.
Student Panel
Connect with current MC Health Science majors to hear about their experiences and internship opportunities.
Scholarships
You’ll also hear about the Health Professions Scholarship. Each year we select up to 3 incoming students (2 health science majors, 1 natural science major) to receive full-tuition scholarships and 9 additional students to receive $5,000 scholarships on top of their Merit Award.
