This position is a live-in, 10-month position, beginning August, 2016 in an all-male residence hall. This is a part-time position and does have a rotating on-call requirement. This position is eligible for college benefits and will report to the associate dean of students.

A successful candidate must be a student-centered and assessment-driven individual, who is focused on developing the academic and personal success of all students. The Resident Director is charged with the responsibility of being the primary academic administrator for the resident hall and coordinator of intramurals. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: creating a positive and exciting residential living environment for undergraduate students and prioritizing the safety and health of those students, supervising resident assistants while maintaining compliance to the policies and practices of the college and student life, coordinating student and intramural programming including budgetary and financial oversight, and developing student leaders. Staff Accompanist
